At 7:30 am on November 3, 2018, a "Xinyida Group Quality Management System Training Meeting" was held in the conference room on the fourth floor of the group, attended by all logistics personnel. The meeting was chaired by Vice General Manager Ning Weiguo, and attended by former Chairman Liu Zebo, Technical Director Liu Enchen, Management Representative Zhang Haijun, Vice President of Finance Hu Jiliang, Vice President of Production Wei Guotong, Vice President of Supply Zhao Dongxiang, and leaders from various departments. Quality Assurance Manager Liu Falei gave a detailed explanation at the meeting on the operation of the quality management system, relevant clauses of the ISO9001:2015 standard, management system related documents, organizational structure system, relevant system operation requirements, internal and external audits, and listed examples of events in the daily management work of each department to support the operation of the system documents. The personnel in each department have benefited greatly and have gained a profound understanding of the importance of daily management work and its relevance to the management system.
After the meeting, the former chairman Liu Zebo and the deputy general manager Ning Weiguo successively made concluding speeches, affirming the importance of this meeting and advocating that personnel in various departments actively learn and follow up on the operation status of the system, contributing to the continuous and effective operation of the management system of Xinyida Group.
